spray 200 shot or not???
Ok guys I'm a little confused need help. I have a 370 iron block all forged built for n2o and I'm spraying a 150 shot wet kit from zex on it. I want to raise it to a 200 shot but my local shop advised against it. I was told anything over 150 and I need to switch to a plate system or direct port. He said I risk puddling n2o in the intake is that true? If so why would zex sell a 200 hp plus kit if I can't use it. Also what mods would I need to make this work. The car makes 450 na to the wheels

But to Awnser the question, I would switch to a plate system yes. This is the same issue I had when I ran n/a. I wanted a bigger shot of nitrous and didnt want the puddling. So, I decided to go with a plate kit from nitro daves and have the luxury of spray a 175 or a 200 shot with that kit. I would say play it safe and get the plate kit

No you will not have a puddling issue. It is impossible unless the tune up is extremely fat.
The only caution would be over powering the bottom end. 150 is your safety point. Many people have sprayed 200 on the stock LS1 bottom end.
Which Zex kit do you have? If it has a -3 hose feeding the nozzle on the nitrous side its going to max out at 175.

Guys I have the Zex high output 82087 wet kit. They said I could spray up to a 250 hp shot with no problem. Also I have the Tr6 plugs in there and my fuel pump is a 255 walbro. I'm wondering will the plugs be ok or maybe a colder plug. Also the car makes 450 na so if i spay a 200 shot will that walbro 255 be able to support approx. 600-650 hp. I know the zex kits dont rate as high as other kits.
