Default can i make my own nos line my noids are 6-8in away from nos plate

i was wondering cause i got all different size brake lines sitting around in the garage over the years. anyways i was wondering if i can use them from my nos plate "200shot" to the noids that are on top of my intake so about 6-8inchs away. i figure maybe i can save some cash rather buying 2 line that are 8" for 15.99 each if i got lines sitting around . if i can use a brake line what size would you recommend.
thank you

Do you honestly want to risk it for the huge 50 bucks in lines?

well i could of swore i seen people make there lines from there plate to the noids. It looked pretty nice and the only thing i think the lines have over the custom bend brake lines is flexabilty.

You can make your own lines, but I wouldn't use brake line. You need a teflon hose. EDIT: Were you talking about hard line?

There is the length issue as well right? Some companies make one line longer than the other to compensate for timing, while others have it built into the plate so the lines would have to be the same length. Atleast thats how it works as far as I know?

Are you talking about hardlines like this, only on a NOS plate?

Don't Skimp get the good tubing, as well test run on a dyno, so you are not suprised by any fuel leaks. Nitrous Outlet as well as HSW can get ya the tubing and tube nuts/sleeves.

I think mine was 3/16 Stainless tubing with -3 AN Tube Nuts (Summit Racing is were I got mine).

@Beer- Do you have a bracket supporting your fuel solenoid? Seems like a lot of weight on the end of the rail.

No it is supported by both the fuel rail, as well as the discharge line.
