11.7 to 1 408, PRC stage 3 heads, pump gas (93) in the tank with stand alone cell (probably 110 octane) for the spray. Gonna start on motor, then spray 100 to start. Eventually end up at 200 max. Shift at 6500, A3, etc.
I'm thinking TR6 at about .030, but been into blower cars running NGK8's at .027. Different setups, getting back into the nitrous stuff for now.

from what i understand, tr6 is a good tried and true plug, i personally run ngk BR7EF, wich is one stage colder then the tr6. but as far as gap, youll get alot of different answers. i started with .035 and still using .035. Probably just cuz i dont know anybetter. lol. im sure someone will come along and help more.

I plan to street drive this too, not daily, but won't those foul easily?
I ran TR8's in the Z/28, might have been a little bit of overkill but the car drove fine NA and never fouled the plugs. I pulled them twice but they were nice. I do think that some folks push TR6's a little too much, they are only like one heat range colder than stock.

No, i would also run a heat range 7 plug on the motor. TR6 might be ok, but its not like you would sacrifice any power from using the 7. nonprojected tip heat range 8 for the 100 and maybe a 10 for the 200. Like Shiz said, keep the gap the same out of the box. pretty sure its 35.
