please need help ( nitrous solenoid )
hi guys , i have TNT F2 wet kit installed in my car , today we sprayed and every thing works great and all wiring correct , when i press the button the nitrous solenoid won't open only fuel noid !! we swapped the nitrous solenoid with another new noid and still same problem , i'm sure all wiring is correct , i don't know what is the issue ? previously when i wanna spray i spray when bottle pressure is 950-1000 PSI , but today i installed another bottle without gauge pressure so i don't know what is the bottle pressure.
what do u think guys the issue ?

if i don't have gauge pressure what should i do ?
do u think maybe the problem is from the power relay ? my power relay is 30A 12Volt , maybe i should change it ?
this is my setup

Pressure is not the issue. More than likely electrical, where is your solenoid grounded? Some people ground to the engine somewhere, I see this all the time, good enough ground for the fuel to pop, but the nitrous with a higher amp draw wont open.

That should be a fair enough ground. One way to test your solenoid, just take the wires straight power/ground if it pops under the pressure than it is somewhere else in your wiring. 30A relay will work. The solenoids draw just above that together. And they arent on long enough to cause an issue with the relay. If the solenoid pops then you need to check all other connections, But I have seen relays go bad also.

Has to be a wiring problem. I'd suggest checking these out (in no particular order)
1. make sure the relay isn't dead. disconnect the fuel solenoid and purge relays, arm the system, and listen for the nitrous solenoid relay to click on/off
2. using a tester of sorts, make sure all of your switches are getting the +12v going through each of them, all the way to the relay. then with the relay ground off, arm the system and check to see if you are getting the +12v to 86 pole on your relay (i say disconnect the ground so that you aren't putting power beyond the relay, in case the solenoid turns on..you dont want it sitting on for a long time while you are testing wiring)
3. make sure your solenoid is getting a very good ground. scrape paint off whatever area you are grounding to
4. obviously check the fuses
5. what size power/ground wires are you using on the solenoids themselves?

[QUOTE=ls1huntr;11952093]Pressure is not the issue.QUOTE]
Same thing I thought...my DynoTune solenoids could sit there with 1050 PSI (PSI at the solenoid, not the bottle!) and they never had a problem opening

hey guys thanks a lot , problem fixed , when i installed nitrous gauge pressure the bottle was 1200PSI and i run 900-950 and everything is fine now , the reason that noid won't open is the high pressure.
