My Nitrous setup topped out?

I have 243 heads, ls6 intake, and 1 3/4" headers with an aftermarket fuel setup. Magnaflow fuel pump 4301 -8 feed -6 return.
I have 2 n20 bottles with -4 line up to a Y fitting then to my solenoid, -4 from solenoid to n20 outlet plate.
I dyno'd yesterday with a .073 jet .038 fuel jet and made 542rwhp. I increased the n20 jet to 078 and .082 and only increase a few rwhp. 560 was my best.
I only increased the fuel jet to a .040 and it stayed equally rich, it leads me to think something is limiting my n20 flow.
Any thoughts?

You have to know the internal orifice of the plate and solenoid to know the limitations. Most D-4 hoses are around .160 orifice.
Other factors in flow are solenoid designs, bottle valve design etc. All these are factors on max HP. But more than likely it is either your solenoid or plate that limits your ability to make power

Converter stays unlocked as far as I know. Ill find a graph. 391rwhp on motor locked. Yea well my car is a turd, and with its mods it makes what it makes.

The plate is rated for 400hp, the solenoid has a .090 oriface. Its the new NX solenoids (carbon fiber ones) i can use one with a larger oriface, but thinking thats not the problem.

.093 is the orifice in the solenoid, good for 300HP. If your hose to the plate is d-3 it will be good for around 175HP. Now all my numbers are wheel HP I am discussing

Some pictures of your setup would help. If you have a bunch of crazy 90* bends and redundant fittings it can limit flow. Do you have a nitrous filter on the feed line? It may be blocked up with some junk and clogging things up.

I better verify somehow its not a -3 line, that would make sense.
But, i am pretty sure i ordered a -4 line with one end a -4 end and one end -3 for connection to plates and nozzles.

its hard to see but i have a 90 T fitting off of the main line for the fuel solenoid. Its on the right of the picture after the fuel rail.

The n20 line from the solenoid to the plate looked plenty big on the inside (way bigger than any of my jets). Gotta be -4.
I can check my fitting that is for my pressure sending unit, to see that it looks like it flows well enough.

Are you pulling all of this fuel off the rail? If you are, you really need to keep an eye on fuel pressure. Regardless of the aftermarket fuel system, you are risking starving that side of the rail.
Also, why not swap out to a -6 feed line straight from the bottle to the line? I think your jetting is for like a 230ish shot. That is alot for a single -4 line (which is after the Y) to physically flow, even though the line is .250 diameter.

Yea I think I will run -6 from the bottles up to the solenoid. From the solenoid to the plate will probably have to be -4.

That is pretty normal for flowing.
Is your motor tune dialed in? That's the problem I'm fighting right now. I was trying to cover tune issues with nitrous jetting. It doesn't work so well. Is it tuned for E85 right now, or are those #'s on gasoline?

If it is a d-4 line, the next step would be a flow test. To check actual flow through the jet. Weigh your bottle. Take the bottle up to pressure, then flow for 10 seconds. an .082 should flow 1.8lbs of nitrous in 10 sec.

Motor is dialed in great for both gas and E85. I recently went back to gas, because the nitrous works up to about 180rwhp shot, E85 it didnt work well (surgy).
