I split my dry big shots into dual stage and 4-nozzles. however, imo, nozzles are dated tech on our cars with better ways to spray.

Check out our gallery. I think there are a few dual nozzle set ups in there. http://www.harrisspeedworks.com/gallery/index.php?cat=8

i have one more possibly dumb question. i currently have 250 pills in a single nozzle single stage kit. i want to add another fuel and nitrous solenoid and nozzle. i assume i would want to go down on the pills to make them a 250 combined? or am i incorrect?

If you're looking to do 250 combined on two seperate stages, then yes you will need to re-jet your nozzle.

http://www.angelfire.com/fl4/pontiac...alculator.html

divide the nitrous jet by two, and here is one to figure your fuel jet.

not sure on the accuracy, but should get you up and running... g/l, and hope to see you around savannah soon

dkbmxer, forgot to add, if you are interested, i have two sx dual stage nozzles id let go for practically nothing. let me know if you are interested... threads are a bit boogered on one, but still in tact

For a baseline I'd start with 57N and 30F. That is assuming 950 Nitrous pressure and 58 fuel pressure on a 250rwhp shot. You'll have to check your plugs to verify n/f.

The math for taking a single jet and converting to dual jets is in the lead post of the jetting sticky, and also for going dual jets into a single jet.

If you look at my math it is not add two jets together nor is it divide by two by itself. what we are figuring is surface area, and it's not linear.

It's pretty simiple, I have come up with a .71 common denomenator. I copied this from the jet chart thread out of the sticky.

here is a rough quick conversion for single to dual and dual to single jets
as per Robert56

" here's the math for turning single size jets into dual jets (it's not half size) single jet x .71 = dual jet size.
Example of your first single jet,
.062 x .71 = dual .043's, which is 147.5crank hp, or 125.375rwhp, as per NOS's way.

Also, the Colonels table is NOS fwhp at 950psi and the 100 crank is actually dual .033 and nos used to send a .032 and a .034, that's what I got on my first 5177 and the math backs it up.

Here is the math for converting dual jets into single jets:
(.71 x size of one jet) x 2 = single jet size"
