Yes you will feel a 50 shot not as much as a kick in the pants feel of a 100 shot or more but you will feel it. Think about it did you feel the difference from doing a intake or exhaust, or even headers if you felt the difference in them then you should feel the difference of a 50 shot of nitrous!

Man up. 100 wet shot. 50 shot isn't worth the $$ or trouble.

Do a 100. 50 is a joke.

there is a reason why most kits dont come with jets for a 50 shot. at least do a 75 you wont be unhappy IMO

Is there a reason why you're limiting it to a 50 shot? Just curious.

Don't even do it if your not gonna spray at least 100 at it.

My advice is do 100wet.
These cars can handle 100 without a problem

These motors are nitrous ******. They love it. If you have a stock 99 SS you could put a 100 wet or dry shot no problem. You biggest issue with nitrous problems is fueling problems. As long as you don't over extend your fuel system you will be spraying for years. I've seen some guys on this board go thru a bottle a week on a 150 wet shot for over a couple years before finally putting an LS1 to rest.

Yes these motors can handle 100 shot pretty easily. But if u are new to the car and/or new to nitrous, then start with 50 if that Is what u are comfortable with. And the 100 pills will be in there before the next week. Better to start small and work ur way up.

Is a 100 shot hard on Auto trans? I hear nitrous kill this transmissions pretty fast. Mine's stock.

dont understand the question?? you referring to spraying only at certain times (ie "windows" or certain rpms)?? or are you talking about bottle pressure??

i have a stock trans, w cooler and deep pan and 3600 stall. yes the torque that the nitrous hit produces is tough on transmissions, if you are a continually spraying through the shifts. i recommend a window switch, to deactivate the nitrous just prior to shift point, then re-activates nitrous after the transmission shifts. it does this based on rpms. I am using the HSW microEDGE, love it.

Maybe I got my self confused. You can put the 50 jets in and that tones it down right? That's how you control it right? I'd love to have a nitrous kit but I already got too many tickets. I wouldn't be able to control myself!
