The nitrous/fuel would have to make an almost instant 90* turn when it sprays to get to the front holes. I wouldn't hesitate to spray 150 or so on one through a plate but 200+ I'd be keeping a very close watch on my plugs. Just my .02... I'd love to see some pics of his plugs after he hits it with 250.

I am not knocking your or anyone else's product, I am just stating my opinion on the subject. From what I have seen you guys make some nice stuff.
No offence taken.. I have done alot of flow testing and such on different intakes with different types of discharges. I am not making any claims on this intake because the truth be told I do not know its flow charastics. I have not done any testing with it. I do know that back in the day many of the viper shops were spraying 250 to 300 through the front and I watched them make there way down the track.

My thoughts are simply based off that if the nozzles were properly distributing at that horse power level our plate will do an even better job. A nozzle is one beam of nitrous and fuel aimed strait back. Our plate has 6 fuel and 6 nitrous discharges aimed across the intake throat. From all the flow testing we have done our discharge compared to any other plate or nozzle completely saturates the airflow path. As it the flow stream inters the intake plenum the cylinders are going to pull in the flow stream how ever they want. You can not minipulate the airflow nor nitrous flow.

Reading the plugs will tell you how the intake works at certain horse power levels naturally asperated as well as on juice or boost.

LOL, I like the pic in your sig.

Thanks for the reply Dave, I'm looking forward to seeing some plug pics. If it works well then I will recommend more of them to my customers.

I would like to see a tuning process with pulling the plugs as well. I cant help but to wonder how that intake performs.

Little delay, the 90* fitting on the feed was putting alot of stress on the lines between the plates, Brett thought it would kink them if he forced it on. We are getting a 45* today to replace it, the plan is to spray it today .

excelent progess.
im kinda ready to see the numbers just to see the mountain of torque its gonna make

this is for sure gonna be an interesting setup when its complete.
those plates look excelent so im sure the flow is gonna be intense especially since the air charge is going to get plenty cold and dense

Haha, yea, it can be frustrating, BUT it's being done right and Brett @ XP is taking every precaution and paying a ton of attention to detail. The way I look at it, next week I'll have it back one way or another, so no big deal.

Here ya go! 723RWHP 879RWTQ, went rich up top, the NANO may be low or the fuel jets are too big, I'm going to get the NANO filled and see what it does, then maybe change the fuel jets
