FPSS = Fuel Pressure Safety Switch. It kills the system if fuel pressure drops. Are you running one?

Use a standard 30/40 automotive relay. You can get them at most auto parts stores or radio shack. If you still can't find them, we sell them along with the pigtail harness.

Yes you can put it on the end of the rail with the gauge/purge adapter fitting.
