Sorry been a few days with no updates.

I decided to build my own switch panel. I cut out a piece of Aluminum and I design the skin for it. I'll email it to the vinyl print guy down the street and have him print it up and I can just cover the plate.

Here it is on paper. I think you can get the idea. This way I can change things by just cutting a new piece of Aluminum or plastic and print a new skin.

Okay I need a smaller footprint bottle opener switch.

I have a NX opener with an older switch.

Can I use this HSW switch with my NX opener?

Smaller HSW round opener switch

Damn...

The small font on the switches makes my head hurt even with a magnifying glass!

The Opener switch I get from NO is 15 A/ 24V
The Round rocker switches I get from action-electronics are 16 A
The Bigger oval Rockers are 20 A

I use a Micrometer, and the laser engraver cuts the hole, then its notched on the three lugs.

I can give ya the decimal equivalant tomorrow.

Worst case, drill the hole for the switch, and then chase it it with a flat file for the three lugs.

.770" is the hole size (not counting the lugs...)

.800" is the OD + the alignment lug O-

.805" is what I can compress the opposing tensioner lugs to... -O-

Here is a pic of the hole cut by the machine

Okay got my Switch Panel from Beer.

Wired up the back.

Beer one question... What gauge wire did you run from the opener switch back to the opener? I'm not sure what the amp draw is on that motor. May just run 12ga and call it a day.

It looks like he used a nozzle adapter. Ours can be found here: http://www.nitrousoutlet.com/1-8-npt...e-adaptor.html
