Default quick question...

ok so i just picked up a 200 shot (wet) from nitrousdirect... i am buying a bottle heater, rpm switch, fuel pressure safety switch and a purge kit...

i am looking at the fuel safety switch now and about to buy it along with the others but it has two kinds of switches, 4an and a 6an switch... which one should i go with for the ls1?

oh and any good suggestions on a brond or tyoe of rpm switch?

Ditch the fuel pressure safety switch and just put a FP gauge in the car.... With those things it's not IF they go bad it's WHEN.... Like I've said before, I wish I had a nickel for every time I worked on a car that wouldn't spray and a faulty FPSS was the problem (I'd probably have like $2 ).

Both Nitrous Outlet and Harris Speedworks have great options when it comes to window switch/tps combos that also have a ton of other features. Give one of them a call and they'll be glad to help ya out!!!

Do you have any other things you'd like it to do? Progressive? Gear lock out? Etc?

not right now, im new to the whole nitrous thing and advice is really helpfull but i am just trying to kinda open up to the nitrous idea safely and maybe build from there. i just read the sticky and am trying to purchase all the "safeties". once i get a good understanding of everything and all goes well i might move up a little bit but i still need to finish the intake on the car too before i go too much further with money. and as for calling them i cant but i will try to find a website for them. i am in iraq right now but should be heading home to my baby in october

Don't sweat the FPSS, just get a FP gauge. FPSSs just make things more difficult because they always go bad.
Good luck on your deployment. I got back in April, still got all my fingers and toes.

I use a fpss on everyone of my installs. The key is in adjusting it properly. Lots of people do not read the instructions or understand how to adjust it. The FPSS is a cheap piece of insurance. I have seen it save motors on several occasions because the customer was having fueling issues.

As for 4 an or 6 an, that depends on where your fueling is coming from. If you are pulling from the shrader valve it is a 4 an.
