what mph gain 150 shot

Looking for a idea on what mph gain i could see from a 150 shot. my car ran a 10.47 at 130 mph all motor so now iam going to try for a 9 sec pass. The car is a miata with a 383 and weights 2500 pounds if that helps

8-12 mph ... depending on how close the tune up is.

Should go 9's easily on a 100 shot. maybe start there instead of 150 shot if you are just trying to go 9's.

I think I gained 11 on pump gas tune on 150 shot.

The mph gain is related to your current trap speeds and I don't think LS1 car gains will be the same as a 2500# car already running mid 10's w/o spray.

What's your trans set up? Stall? Rear gears? Tires etc. The set up really depends on what it will run. We have a local guy that's goes from 11.2's to 9.60's on a 150 hit but his car is built for nitrous so it really depends.

Beware of that Tci stall with nitrous. Alot of members here including myself had to learn the hard way.

i picked up 10mph on 150 shot but that was also not hitting the juice till the 60ft... which is about 1.9 seconds into the run...

I'm in the same boat as the OP with the TCI stall and a 100 shot. What happened to your stall?

The stall went bad and took my out tranny with it. This was 4-5 years ago and on a 100-125 shot. I'm unsure if tci revised their converters since then.

Bummer. I'm running a 3600 stall from TCI on a Th400 and I'm going to run a 100 to 150 shot.

I'd say 145mph maybe, also I agree with the TCI's, I've seen the inside of those things, not good!!
