You can go to google and type in 4150 throttle body. You can get one through one of LS1tech's vendors.

If you have room I would use a 4150 to 4500 adaptor and go with a 4500 TB.
Accufab
Wilson
Accel
all make them.

I was going to say the same thing. Won't have to worry about it anymore.

Wouldn’t the 4500 TB be for big cube engines? Or will it work on my 6.0 while I get my 383 built?

It will work just fine. It's not like a 4500 flange carb pouring gas in.

Fuel injection is not like a carb.
You cant over TB a fuel injected motor.

So no it wont be to big, just make sure it has progressive linkage (almost all of them do) so its not real touchy at part throttle.
