Went to the dyno yesterday and the nitrous would come in and out. It would spray and then cut off. I have a 5177 NOS kit. Anyone know what this could be?

Do you have the fuel pressure safety switch installed? If so it's probably that. They have been known to surge like that due to being set too low. You can either omit it or adjust it higher. I have heard to set it, let the engine idle and hook up a test light to it and turn it CCW until the light goes off. Then turn CW until it comes on and then go 3 turns. Not for sure on the three turns though, anyone else?

Yeh, the HOBBS switch or a faulty solenoid more than likely.

when I had one on my Vette, I tried to adjust it several times...it seemed to work, and then wham, nothing. I don't know if it got loose or what, but the best way to adjust it is to take it off, smash it with a hammer, and toss hte pieces in the trash, and then take the trash to the curb.

I don't run a Hobbs switch either. The things are flaky as can be. The other thing to look at is if you are using a throttle body contact WOT switch. Just the little flipper switch. I had one on my car, but it would do exactly what you are describing. At rest it would activate, but with the motor running it wouldn't. Seems that it didn't like my motor so I ditched it and went with a electronic TPS sensor WOT switch.
