Any one running a scavenge pump setup
Hi guys wondering
is any one running a scavenge pump setup whith their nitrous motors
i have LS2404ci built whith a bit loose rings to handle bigger shots better but it pushes bit of oil.
I run Catch can and breathers but i´m thinking if these dry sump scavenge pump are better but who runs them and what does people recomend.
i have AC delete

I ran a vacuum pump on my 408 for that reason... just be sure to put a vacuum breaker on it and set it to the recommended vacuum so you don't suck the oil out of the bearings at high RPM...

.
I've run a vacuum pump on a standard engine for years to try & do everything possible about oil in the charge.
I don't like to pull more then 15in to keep the pins from going dry!!
Oil and N2O definitely don't mix.
Good luck.
Oh yea, I just bought the good Moroso Tue. because I think my old set up is screwed up.
