Im hoping for 6.20's or faster and 9.80's or faster out of this combo. My old stock bottom end Ls3 with a 229 Cam and these Heads on a Tnt 150 kit went 113mph in the 1/8 and 104mph on motor.

In all seriousness I would aim for high 8s with that combo. It will take more than 200 shot but very attainable. Focus on getting the car to 60ft like no other and you can do it.

I plan on spraying more than a 200 but when I do I plan on switching to a carb style intake and a 4150 throttlebody and doing a 4150 plate or spray bar in the manifold.

Id go with the Super victor and have Nitrous outlet do the spray bar kit! Youll be glad you did. I see 9s no problem with what you have though

I would be happy with a 9.60 the way it sits. I feel it should cut some 1.30 60ft's with this suspension set up. I might try some 325/50's also.

I would say 9.0-9.20 if you get it to 60 ft and the tuneup is there. I know the exhaust port is not the greatest on L92 so don't know how they work on spray and also the deck are thinner so don't know how much they would handle.

My estimate was based on the 200 shot. Sure he can go faster on a bigger shot , but I wouldn't say much faster. He might see 8.60- 8.70 out of it with a bigger hit , but only if everything is right. Only one way to find out. Take it to the track and see...

Killer I think he was talking about my post. I don't think the these thin deck heads can take a huge shot but who know's I've seen guys run 5.40's on them.

If it was mine, and didn't go 5.60's I'd be pissed which out the back door on a N20 car should be 8.90's all day.

Good luck bro!

Sick setup! Can't wait to see some vids. 9's are the bomb.

This will be my first year with nitrous. I'm just aiming for high 10's from a bolt on, cammed, forged shortblock, nitrous LT1. Maybe mid 10's at ATCO.

For what it is worth. My car is at 3,320 +/- lbs. with a 346 H/C/I, TH400, 9- inch on a 125 shot of dry nitrous through the lid old style and has run a best of 6.26 in the 1/8 and 9.92 in the 1/4.

If everything works on your setup like expected your car is going to move out for sure! Killer is very close with his predictions and as you learn the car and fine tune the setup it should get down in the high 5's and low 9's but it will take time.

One responder to your thread stated you should be mad if it does not run 5.6's let me say a 3,350 lb car needs to work perfectly to run that number and you need to be spot on with your driving skills. It may run that one day but not at first. I am guessing you are going to start out with a smaller shot of nitrous than 200 and work your way up to bigger shots once you know how the car is going to work correct?

I would hate to see you do what I did by rushing and have to ride out a big wheel stand!! I wished that day I would have taken more time and made sure the setup was correct for the track conditions.

Good luck and be safe!

I said that I would be pissed, not he should be pissed/mad if it doesn't run mid 5's.

If I knew what I know about how to make a double adjustable work with 275 radials, had that motor, in my car and it weighed 3300. I'd be mad if I couldn't get it to run mid 5's by the 3rd or 4th trip out to the track.

I didn't mean it as a shot to the OP, just an answer to the question he asked.

The guy you said was spot on with his answer said 8.60-8.70's should be reachable with a little bigger shot, but you take a different stand by me saying 5.60's/8.90's aren't doable?

I wouldn't expect it to do it the first time out at all. Now if the car has a set of good at least single adjustable's front and back it will make it easier and allow him a quicker path to those times. I have found with my double adjustable shocks, no matter the track condition I am able to make it run the same times no matter what. It's all in the chassis set-up, most make the mistake of de-tuning the power output to make it hook and that just takes away potential and doesn't allow the real problem to be addressed.

Sorry for getting off on a tangent OP. Didn't mean any negativity by my post.

What does the car weigh? Thats whats going to determine the time and your 60ft
