Is that that class the CPR guys were trying to run in on Nat Geo?

I've seen some videos and other stuff on that class.

Yes sir and were gonna bust their *** in their 2700lb 280z (with 200lbs of lead in the trunk) this year if they show up. We tried to run this combo at Vegas at SCSN this past year but ran into too many problems and went out first round. We're ready to go for this year

Is this a forged bottom end?

Regardless of what you have, good luck with your quest.

No wonder that thing gets out of the hole so fast on the street it weighs 2500lbs!!! Is the 2700lbs. a minimum weight or do they need all the lead to hook? Seems like poor weight distribution if it's the latter, anyways I hope you guys do bust their *** I've seen their videos and other dealings(poo) on other Nat Geo shows, stand up group of guys they seem like LOL!

When you took the heads off how did the tops of the pistons look?

There was no minimum weight last year, now one association is 2800 and the other doesn't have any min. weights. they put it in there to get it to leave supposedly.

But the pistons were the thing I wanted to see when we got the heads off and they look damn good actually. No signs of anything going on. It was sure a relief, I was a little worried.
