Yeah keep us posted. I am curious to see how it does because I have a similar build and I'm shooting for the same goal. I'm retuning next week then trying to get to the track to put down some numbers hopefully.

We will be heading to the track this Saturday! Wish us luck and look for updates Saturday nightish. The goal is 9 teens this outing but if I'm close to that elusive 8 second slip I'll try my hardest to put a little more power in it to get there. It will be an interesting day, too excited and its only Wednesday.... haha

Cam have you guys ran the M/T 8.5's? I have heard they are a little better for the first 5-8 passes but once you go any over that they like to sway down track and the hit just goes to ****.
Is this true? I heard that from a couple west coast 8.5 racers. One of them has a primer black 1st gen and a procharger. He was the guy that said that, but he said he found a way to keep them better a little longer. Sucks the hoosiers aren't allowed in y'alls organizations for 8.5.

At my weight I can throw like 50 lbs in the drunk and run hoosier if I want in 8.5 and that may be something we do depending on how this test session goes. I think I can go just as fast and probably faster on the hoosier 8.5 to the 1/8 as I can a 28x10.5

Nothing better to report. Just wasnt our day and I didn't feel comfortable putting a lot nitrous to it with only 2 passes on this setup. Until next time... Sorry to disappoint haha
It has home ported and titanium valves, retainers etc 799 heads. Nothing special
