Well the hard lines and brackets didn't fit and were off by a good margin. I tried to grind the brackets down to make them work, got them to work and then realized the hard lines were off.

When NX mocked this set-up up for me they didn't do it on a car with accessories and also did it on a 102mm throttle body.

So that said I won't be able to use the cool brackets or hard lines for now.

I did get the kit wired up almost 100% just have to finish wiring the digi-set that will control when the second stage comes on. I'll be using the first stage directly off the trans brake and bringing the second stage in by time with the digi-set or I can jet the system down and take the delay out of the digi-set and run it as one big stage.

Just need to finish the weather pack connector on the 2nd stage to the 2nd stage relay. I cleaned up all my old wiring and am making it much more neat looking.

I will weld/mount the fuel cell mount Monday along with installing the transmission and converter.

I'd love to get to use the hard lines and brackets, but the car has been down so long now I am itching to get it back out on the track and see what I can do with it before the season is over.

Oh well, I'll just be happy to have my car back on the track and try out some awesome new products.

John told me about that.

I'm hoping I can be one of them.

I'm most likely just going to be making hits with the delay in the digi-set turned off, and both stages jetted to make one 200hp shot and get it working off the transbrake with the 200 shot seeing as I have new valving in the shocks and a new converter to figure out.

Once I get it hooking the way I want off the trans brake with the front end staying down where I want it, I'll jet the first stage to 150 and bring in another 100-150 on the second stage with a .4 delay to start with and see what it does.

Honestly I'm hoping with the new converter, new shock valving to keep the front end down and this new plate that I'll be able to at least break into the 5's on the 200 shot off the transbrake without even using the set-up as two stages. Then after that be able to jet down the first stage to 150-175 and bring in the second 100-150 with a slight delay to really get it to ride out. Only thing I'm worried about is when that second stage hits this thing power wheeling half way down track. If it does though it should make for one helluva video or pictures lol.

Alright guys I know it's been a long time, but I've made some good progress.

Trans and new converter are back in, converter is MUCH tighter, this thing is ridiculous. It wouldn't ever move forward on it's own at an idle and it will go nearly 5-8mph by itself now in a straight line lol.

Wiring for the nitrous/digi-set time delay/trans-brake interrupt and second stage are all done and cleaned up.

Fuel cell mount finally is fabricated, welded in, painted and ready to have my fuel cell bolted to it. That leaves the LAST piece of the puzzle the fuel lines and wiring the fuel pump to my nitrous activation switch and I'll be racing again!

Here are some pictures of all that good stuff. I'll have the cell bolted in tomorrow and HOPEFULLY start on the fuel lines tomorrow also. I'm planning on having it done this weekend and after Civil Wars is over actually racing it! Depending on the classes they have there and if they have testing Friday night I might even get to run it then we will see.

I agree 100%.

Anyways here is what I spent my night doing....

First I guess you could say it isn't "technically" cam-only since it has a Fast92 but this is what I did tonight...

Spent about an hour and a half dialing the fuel curve after sending the converter off to be tightened fo the upcoming thrashing this stock bottom end is going to receive via a lot of nitrous very soon.

This is with a 239/247 .624/.624 110lsa installed straight up, Fast 92, 96mm tb, ARH 1x7/8" with 6-8" extensions off headers and Vibrant 3"x5" mufflers.

Unlocked TH400 FTI 9" stall converter and 20psi of air in the tires, and yes 20psi I didn't pump them up to try and inflate the numbers. I just wanted to get the motor dialed in as best as possible making the most power it can before I spray it. This was with 27* total timing also.

Quick Reply: My Stock shortblock/cubic inch cam-only entry:) 56k beware
