hey guys , i have an ls1 with single plane victor jr intake low profile elbow. just bought ms3 @112 lsa cam and in the proses of porting and polishing some 241s. everything is going to be match ported. porter says the 241s will flow just under or right with the ported 243s. porting and polishing the intake as well. will step up to a 4150 tb in the near future. will be running a 150 shot threw it. looking to see what u guys think about this setup.
also going 390 gear and have shaved off about 500 pounds off the car rest of the mods on sig along with my old time bolt on's 100 shot.
i was thinking about milling the 241's but am afraid of running in to ptv clearance what would u guys say?
posted this in another section but have had not luck im guessing i posted in the wrong place

PTV is ok with the stock 241s but if you start removing material clearance goes away quick when using the MS3 so unless your planning to flycut I would keep them stock chamber size with a clean up mill to make sure their flat.

If your car is already down doing all of that stuff, you might be able to sell the current parts like your elbow, throttle body, bellow, and lid to cover the price of a 4150 throttle body. I sold my elbow and Nick Williams 90mm throttle body for more then what I paid for my 4150 throttle body, just sayin. You can find a few 4150's in the for sale section going for around 400 to 450 dollars.
