Billet cover doesn't mean anything..... that just helps stop balooning.

I have sent my PI 3600 twice and it keeps blowing through the converter. I am going to a different brand on my next converter.

bogged on the hit and felt sluggish......
both signs that it is too rich, or doesnt have enough timing...or a combo of both

I get the running rich part, but you are telling me 19 deg of timing won't make any power, when i keep reading how some of the big nitrous guys run better times and mph with low timing and leaner afr's...Not saying you are wrong but not saying you are right either..

if the solenoid werent flowing enough it would probably show in the afr if you are using the standard jets.

did you try using fresh plugs for a run and reading them after. it will show you if you are getting poor distribution for some reason.

do you have two widebands or a single? and where is it located?

19* and that rich of AFR is killing the power. I'd say 22-24* timing, plus leaning it out will pick up quite a bit of power.

unless you're running like a super small purge solenoid as your nitrous solenoid I dont think its maxing the flow out on a 62 jet.

Can you by chance post a pic of the dyno graph?
