Question Recommended amount of spray?

I just had my LS1 rebuilt and I know I'm going to want to go faster. What is the Biggest/Safest size shot you would recommend for my build? I understand I'd have to get a smaller stall but this is a list of everything that I've just done to the car.

Engine/Drivetrain Modifications: LS1 from an '02 Corvette; MS3 Cam, factry(shitty)806 heads(that i need to get rid of i know), PRC .650 dual valve springs, titanium retainers, seals and seats, TSP hardened chromoly pushrods, SLP double roller timing chain, SLP ported oil pump, Comp lifters kit, BBK Performance 85mm throttle body, Taylor Cable TB spacer, SLP Flowpac intake package(whisper lid, smooth bellow, forced induction, K&N filter), headman headdress, 3" pacesetter performance off-road Y pipe, 3" cut-out, SLP Loudmouth ll exhaust, 3:73 gears, Jet performance mass airflow sensor, Functional Fiberglas SS Hood. FULLY REBUILT 4L60E, TCI Flexplate, Yank PT4000 torque converter
Suspension Modifications: Hotchkis double adjustable panhard bar, Hotchkis trailing arms with relocating brackets, SLP lowering springs, and Polyurethane bushings
Wheels/Tires Modifications: Front: 17X9.5s & 17X11s w/315/35R17 NT555R Extreem Drag Radials

Also... Should I go with a WOT Switch or push button???

I think a 150 shot with a spot and tune, and all the proper accessories would be the highest i'd go. In fact i'm starting with a 75 shot here in the next few weeks, and will bump to a 125 when I purchase a timing retard module to pull the correct amount of timing

This.

I ran a 150 shot on my stock LS1 for 2 years with no problems.

OP, I run a Nitrous Outlet wet plate kit and love it. I've heard positive reviews for NX as well

+1 on that kit.

Yes I would get a little smaller stall like a 3600 from yank. You can leave those heads on there for right now they are not a bad head.

Get rid of that shitty pacesetter y-pipe. Guys have cut the merge out of them and put a flowmaster y in it and pick up 10 hp and 15 ft lbs of torque.

Teenage phenom on here has pretty much the same setup you have and he has gone 9.80's on a 200 shot.

Well mine came with the car upon purchase, but it's just a basic NX wet kit for the LS1. Very nice kit IMO

150-200 shot with a plate. I'd leave the converter alone untill you try out nitrous and see how it reacts. I'd use a wot switch.

Yank specifically says not to use my converter, the Yank Power Torquer 4000, whither nitrous b it'll "flash" too high. I just have to send mine back and swap it out with one of their nitrous converters

This is my daily driver and I've got my subs in a custom Probox that takes up the trunk area and I'd like to keep my back seat and mount the bottle on that hum inbetween the two back seats.

Go single bottle then, mount your stand-Alone cell for the C16 under the hood...

I sprayed my pt series converter, it worked good for a 150 shot and under, anything over that it was too lose.

As every one else has said I would recommend a 150hp shot but if you plan on running on the factory fuel system which you an but you will need to upgrade the fuel pump to something like a walboro 255 or a aeromotive 340. Now if you were to go the standalone route then you would not need to upgrade the pump and you could run a high octane gas in it and possible not have to pull any timing our so that you would not have to pull any timing. Another option for timing is to use a MSD timing twister or a Linginfelter LNC 2000, Both of these will pull the appropriate amount of timing only when the nitrous system is armed and will allow you to run with full timing while driving normal.

Pro Thruster* haha my bad. Idk where I got "Power Torquer" from. Anyways. Thanks for all the helpful info people. Not to get too far off topic but, I called Yank and they told me about their PAS3800(Power Adder Series) that's made for nitrous, small turbo, or supercharged cars. I might go that rout as far as converters. And I'll check into the furl pumps bc I'm not trying to mod my car much more. Thanks again
