Just looking for an average $ amount your wet or dry kit, all necessities, labor, ...everything cost you. I thought my rebuilt tranny would cost 1300$ when it turned out to be $700 more. Their was a couple components I forgot or didn't consider when I was doing this. So essentially I went over budget you could say. So whats a good estimate...from the guys who been their and done that.

The price also depends on what "extras" you're wanting. I've been combing the classified section for a "complete" wet kit for the last couple of weeks. I missed out on a HSW 78mm wet kit that had EVERYTHING.

Well when I got my ride it already had a really nice NX kit installed and ready to go, but the previous owner said the kit and all the accessories were a little over a grand (not including fuel pump, injectors, etc) and the install was around $400. That did not include a dyno tune at the time though

Depending on what u go with, prices are so different, as to packages, vs Craigslist, vs a homemade nozzle kit, everything is going to be different.

I have pieced mine together.. Mostly used but everything in excellent shape.

Basic Brand X kit... Bought it from my buddy that had bought it brand new. Maybe been sprayed 6 times. It was nearly brand new.

I think that is my total right now... I still need a purge, nitrous filter, and a blow down tube. I have a decent kit though. Plate kit with an automatic bottle heater bracket and a nice window switch.

i have a zex race efi kit on my car. i got it for $200 on the ls1tech classifieds i got 2 400hp rated solenoids, purge with duel outlet, -6 feed line, barry grant high flow power wing nozzle. if you piece a kit together you can get it done way cheaper. i traded my buddy this turbo i had for another nitrous kit with a bottle and i threw the bottle in my car now i have a complete kit.
