Heads/Cam Auto and nitrous?

Heads/Cam Auto and nitrous? I am considering hooking up the NX wet kit before getting my tranny rebuilt. Is anyone on the stock 4L60 with heads and cam spraying? If so, what kind of tranny problems do you run into? How long have you been spraying the car and how is the tranny holding up? Any info you can give me is appreciated!

Re: Heads/Cam Auto and nitrous? Well, just gonna add this cause it happened to a guy in our club. His stock tranny clutches slipped causing him to hit the rev limiter which in turn caused the intake manifold to hit the hood causing the hood to buckle and an enormous amount of damage. Anyway, the moral is better safe than sorry...Maybe just go with a small shot!

Re: Heads/Cam Auto and nitrous? I decided to research this a bit more before putting the kit on the car. I talked to a guy that rebuilds trannys for a living and he told me that my tranny wouldn't shift while spraying. I am already having problems with the 2-3 shift on motor. I think I am going to keep looking around for a built tranny before I put the gas on the car.
The guys that are running the nitrous and stock tranny with no problems... how do you have it set up? Is the nitrous on a button or WOT switch? Do you let off between shifts or do you spray right through?
Also, if you will... can you tell me which cam are you running (specs) and what your times are on the gas? Also, what size shot are you spraying to make those times?
