1/4 mile #s on nitrous Has anyone run there LS1 with JUST nitrous, Im curious as to what kind of numbers they are running.. <img border="0" alt="[Firebird]" title="" src="graemlins/formula.gif" />
Re: 1/4 mile #s on nitrous You know saying "N2O only" leaves one to interpretation of what "only" means. If you are inquiring about NO aftermarket: cams, heads ( to include port and polish), intake, headers and all that then say it.
My N2O run-12.9 @ 110mph, on street tires, not drag radials, full stock exhaust w/ cats and all that sh*t. Absolutely no tuning, not even MAFT. I dropped .5sec on 1/4 e.t. and gained like 8+ mph. That was with a 75shot NX wet system, running stock plugs too.
Let's see, about 75-80*, nice and humid (don't know the %, or DA). Hot lapping, this was the 3rd run of 3. Eagle GSA well worn o.e. tires, stock 3.42 10 bolt, 13,000 miles on car and mods are in the sig. Oh yeah, you'll notice I have a wee little converter, does that exclude me from "N2O only"?

Re: 1/4 mile #s on nitrous Well i have the free mods,nitto drag radials and nitrous. I went 11.85 @ 115 with a 1.78 60 ft. . Do i count as Nitrous only? Everything else is

Re: 1/4 mile #s on nitrous what other times have you guys gotten at the track, when running nitrous only, and without the nitrous. Im just looking how much time nitrous can take off..
Re: 1/4 mile #s on nitrous I averaged 13.45 on Goodyear RSA,s NA, then 12.9 with same setup and 75 shot, track conditions and temp all the same. My 12.9 run was really hot and humid that night, unsure of actual temp and pressure, but it was bad. Bottle pressure? dunno, no gauge yet.

Re: 1/4 mile #s on nitrous Bone stock 98 TA with 2.73 gears and a homemade wet kit. Ran 11.62@115mph on a 100 shot. On the motor it was running 13.5s@105-106mph
