has anybody had a problem w/ having a spark plug gap at 35-45 (non platinum, cheap *** champions) for a long period of time w/ NO n2o running? would this cause the plugs to foul?
i never had a problem with my TR6's at .035 gap. I think they are in the car i just bought too and i haven't swapped 'em out yet. car runs fine though. they are cheap enough that i don't worry about replacing them if they do foul out.

I have ran TR6's as they came from the factory @ .035. That's the gruelling weekend when I installed headers, Y-pipe, and Borla Adj.. It ran fine and that was 6 months ago. I also did 8.5 mm Magnecor wires and a Superchips programmer ... FRA w/K&N. It's hard to say what effect the TR6's had, but, my Trans Am really woke up that weekend. Not many people seem to run TR6's from what I see on the board here, so, it's nice to see others using them.

i am running tr6 gapped at .38 i think, i have put around 6000 miles on them and about 20 passes down the track, drove from maryland to texas and back to maryland on them. i would say they are pretty damn good for $2 a piece.

TR6's @ .038 on a 135 shot. Idles a bit rougher but no problems with fouling or N/A driving. My spray seems to hit hard initially, then kind of fade off, then hit hard again at the top of the powerband. No reason I can find for it to surge on a full bottle so I think I may be pulling timing.
