Default Progressive controller help

Thanks in advance. New to nitrous. Bought the 78mm plate kit from N20 Outlet. Great kit btw! I haven't hit it yet cuz I want to know how to have my Edelbrock progressive controller setup. It's an M6 with a ls7 clutch and S60 with a spool and 3.73's. I've got full boltons MSD digital window switch and efi live cos5 Let me know what you guys think.

Do you have a specific question about something?

Garrett thanks for replying. I'd like to know a few things actually. First id like to see if someone would help me setup the progressive controller as car as delay, start % and end %, build time etc. Like a sample based on my mods. Second, I want to know how the window switch (if set at 3000 on and 6000 off) knows not to turn on the nitrous if I launch at 4000 rpms.

I'd be glad to help with that! As far as the launch part of things, you said the car is an m6, so the way you could do that, is set up a WOT switch on the clutch pedal, so that the nitrous does not spray until the clutch is released. This is how most guys do that. You always want your end percentage to be 100%, and adjust the jetting accordingly, rather than ending on say, 80-90%, we have found it works best that way. Let me know what other questions you may have!

I plan on starting with 100, then move on to a 125/150. I have 255/60/15 Mickey drag radials. I'll be buying some bias plies after I wear out the mickeys though. So I shouldn't install the WOT switch on the throttle body? Thanks btw for the replies.

Yes that is correct. You will have one for the nitrous activation, and another one on the clutch pedal, that will keep the nitrous system from activating, until the clutch is released. So you will have to have the pedal to the floor and the clutch will need to be released.

Start out at a lower percentage(let's say 30%) and ramp all the way in to 100% over 1.5 seconds. If you're able to hook that then start working the starting percentage up and the amount of time to 100% down. If you cant hook it at that setting, obviously go down with the starting percentage and raise the amount of time. You will find the sweet spot where the car will hook and lay down all of the power as fast as possible.

Thanks Brandon and Garrett. So is it safe to say that pretty much anyone who is using Nitrous with a manual car has the WOT switch mounted at the clutch pedal INSTEAD of the throttle body. Sorry its just I want to be clear because my WOT is mounted on the throttle body, my msd digital window switch is set at 3k on and 6k off, and I launch at 4k rpms off the line, I just want to be safe.

It isn't a WOT switch on the clutch pedal. You're just using a switch to disable the nitrous system while the clutch is enabled. You will still need either a WOT switch under the gas pedal, on the throttle body or a TPS setup. Let me know if you need help setting it up as I may have a diagram or two on how to do this. Feel free to shoot me a pm or email. My email address is Brandon@nitrousoutlet.com

Great info and help from both of you. My Edelbrock progressive controller has a delay. How much delay you think I should start with?
Brandon check P.M. please.

Nice speaking with you today! You're going to love how that car reacts to the nitrous!

Doesn't the edelbrock controller have a built in window switch and an input for the TPS on the throttle body? The NOS launcher I use has all that stuff built in.
