Car is hard to start after nitrous run. Have ?
I'm currently running a NX wet kit on my 99 SS. The car is hard to start after I make a nitrous run. It seems the car losses fuel pressure or something. The car has Heads/cam, LS6 intake, 30 lb injectors, and a walbro 255 intank fuel pump.
I've checked the fuel pressure it's at 64 psi. What else would cause the car to not start?
Thanks

Mine will do the same thing every once in a while. I think it is the left over/ residuable fuel laying around causing a rich condition after you spray.
After a run with a NX wet kit your a/f's will go 10-1 if not richer. This I have conformed on a wideband. I would agree it is residual fuel in the fuel line post soleniod. I put my car in 6th after a run and let it decelerate to help draw the fuel through.

That doesn't make sense unless you shut it down at the end of the track or something. I usually have to drive around and back (at least a 1/4 mile) towards the parking/tuning area after each run... no gas is going to sit in the intake after all that.
Nx has had problems with the fuel solenoids and the ethanol additive in the fuel maybe it is taking a while for you solenoid to close all the way or something in that effect with the car running you don't notice it then you shut it off and the fuel leaks down pass the solenoid then when you restart the car it is rich. Maybe?
This happens occasionally only. I've only sprayed on the street thus far too, no track yet. I'll usually drive for a few miles after spraying too so I don't really see how fuel could pool in the manifold.

How do you go about checking your fuel solenoid? This was the only time I've ever prayed on the street. At the track I've never had this happen.
Thanks for the help.
