Default My GTO is finally in the 10's...!

Made 3 motor passes and 7 nitrous passes. Each time getting a little quicker.

17.5 to 18 psi in the tires. 15 psi in the bags. After reviewing the videos I think I actually need more psi in the bags. Anyway, first run out ran a 11.9 on motor. Best motor run was my third one. Here is the slip.

Super pumped with how she is doing on motor.

Then onto the nawz. Out of my 7 nitrous passes 5 were 131.x traps. Each time I was getting a little quicker. Then this happens.

And it is always good to end on a high note...I was basically out of gas and out of bottle. She was running a little rich still even though I was actually fine tuning the jets this time out. high 10's at the top of 4th cause pressure drop.

I still feel the 60ft has more improvement but it is obvious the drag bags helped tons. I am no longer scraping exhaust onto ground.

5 years to do it but I finally met my goal.

Nice! Be ready to spend some money because 10s won't be fast enough for you.

Nice man! Do you use a dedicated set of drag wheels?

Congratulations on getting into the 10's. I know you've put a lot of work into the car, so it's nice to see it all payoff.

Yes realistically I should be able to get them into the high 1.6 area on these tires.

Basically yes. I do have headers which shaved some weight over the stock manifolds. I have a lightweight skid plate and have removed the fuel tank brace and the rear tow hitch mount. I have added a 15lb bottle in the trunk so that kind of offsets things.

I have been meaning to get it on a scale sometime.

Nice to see someone running well at the local drag strip. I haven't been this year, I'm guessing track prep was decent?

Yes the jet between a 150 and a 175. I like to call it a 163 to confuse people.

Nearly 31mph out back is really impressive!

My 1000cc sport bike only picked up 27-28mph.
