100 to a 150 hit (100 octane?)

Default 100 to a 150 hit (100 octane?)

Ok here's the deal. I have. Heads cam bolt ons swap 69 camaro.
I have been dyno tuned for spray.
I made 427 whp on all motor before timing pulled.
I am about 422 whp/ 400 wtq on the nitrous tune.
When we added the 100 shot I put down 530/550.

Now I'm itching to bump it up to 125-150 hit.
I wanted to get the lnc-2000 but I messed up the timing (date) with my tuner ( since he flies up 4 times a year)

If I add the 125 or 150 gets and add a 50% 100 octane and 50% 93 octane. Should I be ok on the bigger hits.

I am really only doing this gonto the track and hit possibly hit it harder if I'm close to a milestone ( like 10.99 or my buddies and I are duking it out. )


Or should I just leave the 100 in and not mess with it.

Man I'm not sure I would feel comfortable doing this lol! It's a gamble IMO

If you mix it, you should be fine... 125 should not be a prob... It prob even take it on pump, but mix it, and see how it goes.

Honest, my friend was spraying his stock pro charged car, with a 100 shot, never picked up knock. He would also mix it also just to be safe for race night, but he ran it, no knock..

I'm not a tuner nor do I know any details of my tune.
But I know he did say he couldn't get my car to knock.

Not sure what nitrous kit your running I ran a wet kit before we sprayed a 200 shot on stock ls1, stock piston just diffrent range plug on pump gas no race fuel it's all in the tune you will be fine bumping it up we ran that 200 shot for a few years and nvr hurt the motor.

It was stock heads ls6 intake and a hot cam nitrous tune was 368 rw on motor with a 150 shot was 550rw/600 tq so similar numbers that way nvr did dyno it with the 200 we were always fat on the fuel jet to be safe

I am always more comfortable pulling a safe amount of timing and tuning back into. If you already have a nitrous tune for the 100 shot, it should be okay to add some octane and step it up 25-50HP.

you could also put some colder plugs in it, that and some good fuel 125-150 should be no problem.
