Default My bottle mounting?

I'm looking for some insight on if my bottle is mounted correctly...

First off I tried positioning it on the trunk floor and even the spare tire well, I couldn't get it in a position I liked so I decided to mount it on the gas tank brace like others have done on here.

I'm using the Nitrous Outlet bottle heater bracket. I did take careful measurements to make sure the bottle was at the right angle on the brace, however one thing I overlooked is that the bracket being mounted sideways it makes the topside pertrude out. I'm now thinking this might effect siphoning. Thoughts?

Here are some pictures...

Is the little green tab where the main feed line goes to? If so, that needs to be facing downward.

I'll have to double check that, thanks. It's mocked up currently. More concerned on the valve side at the moment...

You want the main feed line hookup facing downward and a little backward toward the rear of the car so the siphon tube is submerged during acceleration.

You can angle the siphon tube towards the rear of the car but you might want to put a little more angle on it.

On the 45* style valves like ours, the little green thing you see is the blow off cap. The nipple is on the opposite side.

Thanks,
Garrett

Ok, here is what I did, how's this?

Basically I made the bracket even With the trunk wall. I can still twist the bottle back if needed. It should have plenty of angle, I copied the angle on the bottle bracket to create this angle. It should be about the same as the Nitrous Outlet trunk mount kit.

looks good, now just clock the bottle where that green cap is facing a little more towards the front of the car. This will place the siphon tube facing towards the rear. Under acceleration, the nitrous in the bottle is going to move towards the rear.
