Default 100 shot only making 50hp?

Hey Guys got a little issue going on with my nitrous set up.

Car 92 BMW 02 Lq4, cam, T56, ACT clutch/flywheel new, LS6 intake with Nitrous outlet money maker, jets 52F 23N. -4 bottle to nitrous solenoid , 3/8 or 5/16 (cant remember) hardline to solenoid. -3 solenoids to jets. Walbro 255. Nos brand powershot noids. System is triggerd via WOT switch and window Switch. Timing is pulled (I believe 1-3 degrees at most) via IAT resistor.

The jets im using should be good for a conservative 100 wheel. On the dyno Im only getting about 50 (see graphs below) with an elevated AFR.

With the Walbro 255 I should have plenty of fuel, I thought maybe I was dropping fuel pressure but on N2O AFR's stay consistent.

The issue is the AFR's are high and its way down on power

Not really sure whats going on, Ive been troubleshooting for a few weeks now. Any Help would be awesome.

NA pull

N2O pull

Before I changed the merge in my ORY my 100 shot only made 67 rwhp. After I changed the merge it gained 108 rwhp on the same 100 shot

the merge is where both banks exhaust come together and form a single exhaust

I have heard that some companies rate their jets based on rwhp while some do it fwhp....

Oh ok, well on this particular car that doesnt exist. It a true dual 2.5" header back with a an X pipe.

The nitrous outlet jetting charts are wheel HP.

If the jets were switched then I would fall flat on its face and the ARF's would be pig rich.

I have the problem where there is not enough Nitrous or enough fuel.

I have no real way of knowing except by looking at the AFR on the dyno which looks like it stays pretty consistent.

The fuel solenoid feed comes directly off the hard line from the pump before the filter/regulator that supplies engine.

If I were you I would hook up a fuel pressure gauge and watch it. you might be going lean. 500rwhp is getting near the limits of a 255 - especially with a rear mounted regulator. Remember, that 255 is really about 225 @ 58psi

Yeah I hear what your saying, its just a huge pain to rig up system to monitor it under load.

The guys at Nitrous Outlet said a 255 should be plenty for my set up. Who really knows tho

Do you know where your timing is at? And which solenoids are you using?

Not sure what total timing is at. I don't have access to hp tuners which was used to tune.

Solenoids are NOS brand powershots 1/8npt inlet/outlet

Also my n20 feed like is -4
And fuel feed hard line is 5/16

You may be really undertimed, but it's hard to tell without knowing what your timing is actually at. Also, you may check into some different solenoids. Those are extremely small and are only designed to give a 125 shot-

Thanks for the input, I am in the process of trying to track down my base timing. However my gut tells that since its making decent power 372whp with a very mild cam that timing shouldn't be THAT far off, but honestly who knows.

As far as the solenoids Holley has them rated at 175hp at max flow. https://www.holley.com/products/nitr...parts/18020NOS

Even if they were only designed for a 125 shot im not getting even close to that.
