200 shot stock

More a connecting rod issue than anything. A good tuneup on the stock rings will go a long way. This has been proven on SBE combos plenty of times.
The problem isnt just that people lean out the mix either, its that they run way rich too. Washing the cylinder walls down can be just as bad as running lean.

all the blue names on the list are sbe the bottom end can do a 200 shot no problem if you have good fuel and tune the correct plugs and a decent plate.

Not so short answer, I will only give advice for 200-300 shots with fuels I have used at those power levels. I don't recommend using ethanol with nitrous. To clarify, this is not based on any negative experience I have personally had with ethanol. It's because of a conversation I had about fuels with Monte Smith (god rest his soul). I won't go into anymore detail than that. My personal advice, I recommend you do a direct port set up with a stand alone fuel cell. For a 200-250 shot, you need B8EFS plugs (no such thing as BR8EF plugs) gapped at .028 with VP NO2 or VP C23. For a 300 shot, do B9EFS plugs gapped at .026 and C23 in the stand alone. Pull 3 degrees of timing per 50 shot (Yes, that's 12 degrees pulled out at 200) and then work the timing back in slowly. If you want to play it safe like I do, don't go all the way into the the bend with your timing mark.
Good luck.
