3 lbs of nitrous left - low bottle pressure?
Made my best runs on Friday with my bottle pressure at 910 psi.
I had 3 lbs of nitrous left, but my bottle pressure went down to 600. I have a bottle warmer and the bottle temp was 95 degrees F. No leaks. Shouldn't bottle pressure at that temp still be 900+? Mabey the bottle temp was too hot?

Yo had too little nitrous in the bottle, no matter what temp you can safely bring it up to you won't get an ideal pressure out of it. Usually a 10lb bottle gets tough to regulate ideal pressure out of once it is down to about 6lbs left in the bottle... anything less than that you're just about wasting your time on it in my experience.

Yeah, only the first fill should be 10#. But I think he means having 10# capacity and only being able to use 5#

More or less yes, and you're welcome. I can usually get about 5lbs of use out of each bottle and then it needs to be topped off. The rest doesn't go to waste really because it's still in the bottle, you just need to get it refilled to replace what's been used. I've never heard of a place that requires the bottle be empty for a refill, you should find another filling station. As has been mentioned here, if you're going to get serious with nitrous a mother bottle and filling station at home becomes quite useful and cost effective.

$600 for the kit though....
It also appears that with this kit you either need to lower your jets or increase fuel for the added 25% increase in pressure/consistancy. I'm thinking about it! Being able to use all my nitrous is what I want, so I may go this route.

Trying to figure out the plumbing. My bottle only has a blow down and outlet. Not sure where the line from the NANO bottle goes.

I never changed jets. I have a wideband and it stays near 11.5 afr on a pull with spray. As always....scan and see what's necessary.

Updating to be a bit more informative. Basically, the NANO kit comes with a NEW valve with two ports. One for the NANO entry, and one for the nitrous exit.
I will have to REMOVE my current valve, and install theirs.
