Very happy with my new set up!!!
well, got it all done, small jet, (175 shot) 3525 lbs, 27" DOT tire, low shift points,
first 2 runs where 1,000 foot passes, 10.3 and a 10.4 both with 1.5 60'
last pass was all out with the same set up, 10.2 @ 138.7 with a 1.6 60'
this was with no suspention tweaks, jet changes, just bottle and fuel presure.
Big diferance from the TT set up, hits much harded and the auto is nice to. i like it so far.
Just an update for everyone.
thanks To East Side Performance for all the help and the Great setup!!!!!

Congrats, glad you got it going - it will fly when the 60' comes down.
I wont get into the debate but I had a ton of fun with the nitrous - I ran pretty good on a stock short block and was going for the 9 second mark (think I could have got there on a 200) but a piston finally gave up
I have been to the track 4 times with the nitrous and for what I do it was just a better deal, dont street drive it anymore and the n2o cost per race is minimal. I loved the procharger setup but I had less then 1600.00 (bought everything used) in the heads/cam/nitrous setup - cant beat that for 130mph in the 1/4 for the first time out on a 125 shot Unfortunately #4 piston didnt agree (I think I cracked it with the blower a while back, was having some oiling issues on that cyl) but the motor sure took some abuse.

KP, my set up was a bit $$$ but its a custom NOSzle set up, it took some time and it wasnt easy, but it is verry nice, i like it so far!
MM, its still shifting, just no clutch. I have to run it threw the gears tho, it dont shift itself. you'll find out, just drive your car all out with ehe 6 speed and it will blow, then do it 3-4 more times and you'll be th-400 and slower MPH. i just didnt have the temper anymore for the 6 speed. 8 clutches, and 4 trannies!!!!! But i drove mine very hard, MM ***** foots his, if he drove it hard it would bust mid 9's no prob!

I was going to to do a nice 408 with a NOSzle (still have the Noszle kit here) when the stock motor let go but I got lucky and was able to sell my car broke and buy Ryan K's car for less of the difference then it would cost to build a nice short block - couldnt pass up the deal..

Chris, Budget??????? I think not, when you use N2O to go fast it isnt cheep. the set up is big bucks, your looking at 1500 bucks for a noszle set up, then you need 2 spare bottles 200 each, then a jet pack, 300, then all the wiring and swiches and delays heaters, relays, bla bla bla, then i had the blocks sent out to be chromed, my plate to hold the noids is made from mirriod stainless. it cost me quit a bit even after i sold ALL my old stuff, plus 4 bucks per pound using 3-5 pounds per pass!!!! it isnt as cheep as you think. if you take a basic kit and push it, then yes its cheep, but to go fast consistant and safe, it isnt what most think
MM, i wish i could, i have my girls sisters weading, then on the 19th is the nextel cup and i have my 2 150 dollar tickets. ESP may take my car tho. if they do then im sure it will be jetted up!
