Yes you can consider my car a daily driver. It even gets 24mpg on the highway cruising at 75mph in 6th. It has made several trips to FMS in Louisiana. I have AC/DVD and all.. Hell my girlfriend drives the car with no issues.

I never said how much it cost, but you can shoot candy@futralmotorsports.com a email and she will quote you a price of a duplicate setup.

Ya, im having Futral motorsports build my 408 motor too. Im still in the process of deciding whether i go turbo, or NA with the juice in the future.

give them a call, they are very very busy, but from what i hear from Vince it will be worth it in the end.

Ram 910 but its on its way out , before/after numbers were pretty close to the same as afterwards but you have to remember that I added a 12 bolt and moly driveshaft as well as reduced my timing to 24 degrees (full time nitrous tune here) while at the same time adding the stepped headers and the 90MM setup. My cam peakes at 6400 and my valve springs are comp 978's and I'm even using the forbiddin yella terra rocker arms lol

Mike, what's the lift on that cam, and how much compression are you running? Are you spraying 150 on pump gas?

do you guys think that its a must to have 1-7/8 headers for this motor. I ask this because I have jet-hot headers which I think are 1-3/4", and I was thinking in using them on the 408.

lift is .600, compression 11.3 :1

yes the 150 is on pump gas but I do put 116 in my alternate fuel cell which feeds only the nitrous

Probably not but if you want to get all the power the engine can make you gotta let it breathe. I run the Kooks 1 7/8" stepped to 2" and I would have gone with the 2" if I could have.

True dat

I only have 1 3/4 grots on my 408 LOL but it makes 725 to the wheels so I am not complaining. I could make more with bigger headers IMO.
