Default new plugs and now a chug.... help

i just put NGK bp7efs plugs in my car, some people refer to them as tr7's but they arnt anyways they are two stages colder than stock and the reason i put them in is because of my new NX system but i changed them out and everything seems fine but after about 25 miles of driving i came to a stop light and it felt like it was missing every now and again on one cylinder, only when in drive and idling below 1000 RPMs, in park it doesnt do it. so i came home and checked my wires and such and they all seemed intact, i gapped them at 32 as was suggested by my N2O GURU but he is out of town and i want to spray, but i know i cant with the missing or what ever it is. any suggestions. thank you

TR7's at .032 for a 100 shot????????? Too cold and too small a gap. TR6's and .038 to .04 is what you should be using. I would guess foul out also.

the reason i went to the BP7EFS's is because i dont plan on using a timing tuner for about a month and wanted to still be able to use my new kit untill i get my TT then i will run a 150 shot, but anyways i was told to gap them at 32 so if i pulled them again and put them at like 38 or so do you guys think it would reduce the chances of fouling?

Almost everyone runs the TR6 at .039+/- with a 100 or even a 150 shot without a TT. I still think the 7's are too cold. Some folks even complain about 6's saying the idle is a little rougher. I'm sure others will chime in on this.

bottom line is it dangerous for me to use the 7s if gapped at 39? because all i feel is a rough idle, and if people are feeling it with 6's? , i dont feel it when driving or at WOT.

Just pull a few and see if they are fouled. If they are go back to a TR6. If not....a slightly rougher idle is normal.

I run tr6s gapped at .038 with a 100-150 wet shot. No problems at all. Im gonna try the tr7s with my new dp 200 shot though.

I just threw them in for a 175 shot. The smaller the gap, I tried the idle seems rougher and rougher. So I would gap them back out to .35 and see what' happens. You should be alright there if the plug itself isn't too cold. Hope i'm not too confusing.
