im definetly going with nitrous and fuel pressure, electrical or course. but i have a question, would it be worth getting a Air/fuel ratio gauge. i have heard that all they are good for its the pretty lights.

Depends on where you're getting the signal from. If you are getting it from our narrow band POS O2 sensors, then all you will have for an A/F guage is a pretty light show. If you are getting the signal from a wideband, then it could be of use, but if you are using nitrous, you probably won't be looking at guages when you are driving your car anyways since you will most likely have your hands full. All it would really do is give you a good warning that you need to stop your run if you all of a sudden go lean.

The narrow band 02 gauges are not totally useless. I run one and use it more than I thought I would. You can't depend on them to tune to, but they can be usefull if there is a problem, or if your tune is way out. Plus all the pretty lights tend to amaze the ladies

Ok I run the Dynotunue digital n20 pressure gauge which is very nice(all their gauges are really nice) and I also run the Dynotune digital A/F ratio(displays in millivolts) because it came with their A/F switch which I didnt end up using but Im using the gauge. Almost everyone I talked to said the C-mas tree A/F gauge was a joke. I actually talked to the people at Dynotune about their A/F gauge and wanted their side because I dont care about pretty lights. I have enough of that with the HU/XM radio, and screen I have in the truck! They told me and also poted on this topic a month or so back that their A/F gauge(that reads of 02 sensor but needs to be in good shape) would be pointless to use or even look at unless you were at WOT. The closer you get to WOT the more accurate theirs is. All I care about it WOT when Im spraying. My buddy who is a service manager at a Chevy dealership here also laughed at me using it because he said that the factory 02's and really any were not very accurate. So I go ahead and use the gauge to fill my Pod untill I either get a wideband setup for future needs or get another gauge. When I go to dyno I had a wideband and a TECH-2 hooked up. Obviously the Tech-2 reads off the 02's as well but it and the gauge were pretty close. The cool thing was that the wideband and my A/F gauge were very very close to each other. I will be going out there this weekend to get the exact numbers from the wideband and post them. There is also another post in the truck section I am going to put those numbers in because the same argument is there as well. I dont know if it is just DynoTunes gauges that is decent or what because I have never used another. All I know is that it is accurate enough to watch when Im spraying to make sure I dont go lean. Ill post those numbers Saturday!

i was just looking at the dynotune gauges and they do look like a nice system. how well do they work??? i was thinking about going with the A/F, NO2 pressure, and Fuel Pressure. they are a lot cheaper than the autometer ones and i like the digital look. plus the red ones will match my interior lighting on my firebird. anyone have anything good or bad to say about these gauges????

If they are from DynoTune, they are great products. That place is top notch.
