Default Soleniod rebuild & custom bracket Q?

Two questions:

1) Where can one get soleniod rebuild kits or who offers the service? Price?

2) Anyone make some nice custom aluminum soleniod mounting brackets or do I got to fab some up for myself??

Havent seen to many brackets, I made one myself out of some scrap sheetmetal, originally wanted to mount them under the intake tubing on the backside of the radiator.
Mike, where are you wanting to locate them? When I get back from Afghan I am wanting to start making some brackets to mount both F&N noids on, need to find as many locations possible and try to make one bracket to fit as many needs as possible.

Solenoid reuild parts, what brand? Nitrous Daves I am sure can supply you with all the parts needed, and if its NX, then you can send them in to them for rebuilding, although its relatively easy to do yourself.

What about making a bracket that uses one of the empty bolt holes on the passenger side head?

Maybe even hook them up directly to the dist blocks on my direct port somehow. I just want to make it look neat, I could try some sheet metal and hope for the best,

Mounting solenoid brackets to the head is bad. It will transfer the heat to the solsnoids. If you isolate it might work a bit better, any time your around the head its gonna be hot.
I would try and stay way from there

NX solenoids can be sent in to be rebuilt for the cost of shipping. I don't know about other brands.

I made an aluminum bracket to hold my solenoids on teh drivers side by the fuse boxes.

This is how I mounted my setup. I have never had a problem mounting to the head with a heat issue. It gets hot under the hood period. This is just my opinion.

Rebuild kits are offered from each nitrous company. If they are NX noids, lifetime warranty except for coil burn out. Just send them it if there ours, and we will get them freshened up.

On the custom aluminum bracket, you are going to have to make your own. Then it will fit perfect for where you want to mount the noids.

Thanks for the compliment Mike K.

This came with my NX kit. You can buy it from Nitro Daves also.
