Low Compression engine and N2O questions..
One route is strictly N2O.
How would my 9.1-1 compression 348 like the gas?
I'm thinking 175-250 shot, direct port set up.
My current cam is a 233/244 .578/.602 on a 115 LSA
Rest of the mods minus the S/C kit will be run with the N2O.
I have plenty of fuel so i'm not worried about that. 60lb injectors, Racetronix Plug and play set up and high flow lines and rails with ADJ FPR.
Thanks for any help or advice you can shoot my way.

Which direct port kit is looking good these days?

personally, id like some nxl injector cups/nozzles; and some custom built lines. with the cash from the s/c you could do a nice sep. fuel system and the dp above. just keep jetting up till you get 10's.
TNT kit is long gone, it's pulling duty on a 454 big block dually and doing very well

I have a D.I.Y wet kit right now, but i'm thinking direct port with a LSX manifold and progressive controller to bring it in. 175-200 should get me a ten pass with what I have now pretty easily. Damn S/C has net me a 11.18@124.96 at our mile high altitude

I have a few more pics of it if you want to see more.

Looks like one FPR for engine, one for nitrous (separate system, or at least a different pressure than on motor). Oh, and i don't see a second stage.
Also, low compression is not necessarily bad, but I would prefer a higher CR on nitrous. The crappy part of the stock motor is not 10.1:1 CR, its hypereutectic pistons. Spend money on pistons, not heads.

You are correct, one regulator is for the motor and one for the nitrous system. There are two totally seprate systems running two 255 pumps in the stock tank.
I didnt get any pics of the pump setup before it went into the car but i have some from the bottom side that will give you some idea.
Its a cam only car with a th400...Neal Chance converter to a Mosier 12 bolt. The fuel system is WAY too much for the car also(only makes 410rwhp on motor).Thats the way to do things if you want to drive a car everyday and run very fast at the track...then drive it back home.
The nitrous system was build cause the past wet/dry combo didnt fair too well with #7 and #8 cylinders spraying through the throttlebody. Its only pilled at 180 at the moment and will never go past a 250.
