Default jimmy jams controllers???

i ordered a jimmy jams nitrous controller about 6 weeks ago maybe a bit longer.........according to the website they were back ordered and going to be shipped 2/18 ok cool i understand that they arent a big company with a ton of stock no problem.............i emailed him gave him the shipping info.......emialed me back on 2/21 saying it was shipped its not here yet no its 3/2 and still no word ive sent him 2 additional emails with no response.........is anybody else having problems with getting merchandise that they have paid for shipped to them from jimmy jams???

to me it seems that 2 weeks after it was supposedly shipped is to long to wait for a package..........its not getting shipped by horse and buggy.....if somebody at the company reads this please post or pm me with whats going on

lol..... not that I'm laughing at your post but I just posted pretty much the same question yesterday over on ls1.com

I also ordered from them and have yet to recieve the plate. Ordered on Feb,10th on the 18th I emailed them about it and did get a reply stating I should've gotten it already. I have since emailed them 3 more times and have yet to get another reply.

And there's a reply to my post on ls1.com and he's going through the same thing as us.

I'll try to email them a couple more times and if I don't get a response I will file a complaint with Paypal about it.

Come on JimmyJam's...let's get the ball rolling here!!!!

Why don't you just call him? PRetty sure their phone # is listed on their web page. If not, I have it in an email. I'm not sure if they are a big company or not. Looks like probably a small scale home based business.

This has been taken care of- sorry for the problem.....we used a different P.O. the past month and a total of 3 orders have been lost of post office hell I guess !?! We won't ever use those jerks again........tiny little place in the midst of nowhere - I guess it happens sometimes. We are thinking of filing some sort of claim but I haven't really looked into that yet.

If you don't get parts from us within 4-5 days then you should always call or email me. I send out orders the following morning after it's received. We try to have really fast service!!

You should get it no problem. Jimmy is a stand up guy. I have many of his parts and he used some of my cars to make and test his parts. Mainly the LT1, L98, and some carb stuff.... If they said they had a shiiping problem I would not doubt it. We live in a small town in ga. It has happened to me on occassion with my business as well......

Got mine a couple days ago. Now I gotta find a switch for it that'll work with a NOS brand bottle opener.
