I think I have a few sites on my work computer on bending tubing. I will IM to you. I can also give you some hints/advice from when I did mine. I'm no expert, but think I did a pretty good job. Let me know and I cam IM what I think will help.

I just started bending crap by eyeballing it. I messed up like the first 1 or 2 just a little bit. After that you get the hang of it pretty quick and get into a rythym. Get some extra tubing...some decent flaring, cutting and bending tools and go to town man!

Phil are you wanting to run hardline? Why not spend the lil extra and get you some nice braided hose, easier jetting and plumbing!

Phil,

My recommendation is to get the good bender. Talk to Dave and he'll get you the right one. There are several different kinds but the one that is somewhat two piece gives those real tight radius bends.

I've only done two and both had the triangle style distribution blocks (TNT and NOS). The biggest effort with those styles are scratching your head about where you're going to put the blocks/solenoids. Here's the first I did - not the prettiest, but functional

Next,
True we have found that it is hard to get the Triangle style distribution blocks to look real clean also.
