I'm personally just a bit worried about placing the bottle there. Yes its out of sight but is it safe.? I just got hit by a drunk driver 3 weeks ago and my 1/4 panel took the smack. The shop had to use a saw-zaw to cut the spare tire out. lol........that makes me nervious!! I'd much rather place it on the tranny hump now.

Just made a 2nd bottle bracket holder today. Altough I liked having the bottle hidden in the spare tire well, I didnt like the idea of not having my spare since I drive it a bit when its nice out and I'm not going to be getting a remote opener for a while so its more convenient in this location. Dont mind the MDF, i'll paint it black when I get the chance.

It fits one of the bottle mounting diagrams HSW sent me. I dont see why it would be un-optimum. The bottle is still angled so the nitrous runs to the bottom of the bottle and the bottle is rotated appx 45* towards the front of the car so that the siphon tube should be getting submerged under acceleration.

hey bacardi, have you ordered/installed your kit yet?
I got my bracket base covered in black material. Looks a bit better but I may rebuild the whole thing later on down the road. Its good for now but theres one or two imperfections on it that bug me.

Yea I have the t-top problem in the summer but when I saw this sub and amp I just couldn't pass it up. 2000 watt sub and an 800 watt amp for $200. That and the 20 bux I spent building the box it didn't break the bank for a bit of thump. The T-Top area was they only place that bahemoth would fit. I normally just stash the T-Tops in the hatch area up top with a towel in between them or in the back seats since I hardly ever carry people in the back.
