is there a 860 kit that comes with their heater already built in? i'd like to be able to put this together with a minimal amount of time.

will they let you run at the track with the bottle on the hump? if you run a blow down tube and the line under the car?

In the trunk of my convertible that way you get the "its a cruiser he just has a catback and a lid" mentality, when i put the roll bar in there goes my top down sneak attack

i custom fabed a bracket in the spare tire well after seeing the 860 bracket

very simple to make you could get yourself some quater in thick aluminum or you could do what i did and find a street sign and cut it in half. then all you need is some 1/4 inch rubber and some steel L brackets. after that you just need patience in drilling the correct holes for mounting and for the bottle.

Here's my setup. I used the bottle mount plate from Nitro Dave and just ran my lines through the grommets under the rear seats.

no tech here either with the blow off inside the car. You need the blow off to be routed outside the car. I put mine in the tire well and used a bulkhead. I'll snap a pic and post. Also you dont want your bottle laying flat like that. You want the front end higher to keep the pick up at the bottom of the juice supply. Like on the hump. See how its tilted.

He has his blow down routed somewhere but I dont think that plastic hose is rated for 2000 psi. Not sure that would pass. The idea of the tube is to route the gas outside should the disc burst. Using a realiable and safe method. The disk bursts at 2000 psi. I think your hose needs to be rated for at least that, not sure but it would make sense. Even though there isnt a seal on the hose to cause bac pressue the initial blast will have to push the existing air out of the tube. At 2000 psi it could have some force behind it. Unless thats braided line there, I really cant tell from the pic.

Actually I do have the blow down tube installed and it exits throught the rubber grommet in the fender. The bottle is mounted properly with the front higher than the rear I used the NX brackets the angle of the picture does make it look flat though. This picture was taken literally 30 minutes after I finished the install and I didn't have a pipe bender.

On the hump, its for show and more importantly convenience. Mine is mounted right behind the rear seat. All i have to do is lean back a little bit to turn it on.

if you put the bottle in the spare tire well, would the speaker still be operational?
