If your concerned about street racing don't bother with the spare tire area. It's the first place everyone will look.
The glove box is super simple to unhook and drop down (no tools needed). Pull the passanger side air bag and you can mount a bottle there with easy access from the glove box.

Here ya go. It's where I put my 5 pounder. Sucks too 'cause it's only good for three runs at 200 (jetted down now) at the 1/8th before the bottle PSI is too low to do me any good. But, for a surprise on the street, it's all I need.
edit: That was a test fit last winter by the way. Oh, and yes I have a remote bottle opener on it (not pictured). The fit is a bit snug, but doable.

hiding bottle
try putting the bottle in a duffle bag on the floor board and run a line under it or thruogh the strap of the duffle bag under a seat not many people will move your personal stuff around to look for a bottle they will look under your dash in the spare tire well behind your bumper cover and under you headlights if you have a newer t/a anyway just a suggestion try it with a couple of people you know just don't tell them that your spraying and if they think you are tell them to look if your friends don't find your probably good to go
