Default how much no2 is to much?

whats a safe amount you would want to run on a ss 6spd stock??

150 shot on a bonestock car (meaning fuel system in this case). The limit is pretty endless on your bottom ends though as long as the fuel gets there.

Safely you can spray up to 150 with a fuel pump upgrade.

I did mine alone with a floor jack in under 2 hours. I could do one now in less then an hour knowing what I know now.

I wouldn't. For a 150 shot I would get an in-tank fuel pump (like Nitro Dave mentioned a few posts up), and for ANY shot you will need colder spark plugs (if you're still running stock heat range plugs), something like NGK TR6's. Both are fairly simple/cheap upgrades, but definitely worthwile if you want to play it safe.
