Default Purge was Clear, was I blowing Just Air???

Finally got my bottle empty. However, the last 6 or 7 times I was purging over several days, NO WHITE Plume was visible. It was just Air comming out, or at least I didn't see any white cloud, the pressure was 550 since I was just hitting the bottle opener OPEN, then purging right after that.

I wonder if I got a bunch of air when I got it filled. I was told sometimes if you get the bottom of the barrell, you get Air and not Nitrous???

Yea, when you get to the lower pressures you won't see much, but it still is nitrous, just take a whiff, you'll know for sure if you got burned (sulfur smell). Also, pure air won't be cold.

Thanks Robert, and go to bed, it's late! I will tell you how the nitrous works, when I can actually use the darn stuff. I am breakign in an engine and purged away peerfectly good nitrous.

Hopefully trhe end result will be worth it. My car feels faster now with the new engine and reworked heads. I am almost scared to spray the nitrous

Thanks

I bet it does feel more powerfull, just break it in the way it makes you comfortable. Then spray away, that's what it was built for. Good luck.

I had my motor fully rebuilt back in 03 and had to stop and go drive it for 500miles before I could really get into her. You got to seat those rings. I broke my motor in with dinosaur oil, then when I hit 500miles I switched over to fully synthetic (which is what I was using before the rebuild).

Why did you waste the nitrous? Just close the valve and use it when you're ready.

need to complete my install to put on blow down tube and also the noid for the bottle heater and the bottlee needs to be empty for this, so I just want to get it finished and there wasn't but 1/3 of it left, they used it testing it and for 2 or 3 dyno runs before the #7 piston that was dammaged finally gave out
