Probably not, here is a pic with a one 10 pound bottle. Not much room under the bottle.

I did it but its not nhra leagle. I filled the area with foam and then cut two openings for the bottles to stand up with a slight lean forward at the top. It wont pass tech I know but they also wont move around and they were pretty tight at first, but 3 yrs later and they will pull out easier now. I am going to work on somthing this winter to make it leagel and still fit 2 bottles.

Why isn't it legal? And do you have any pictures?

Its not leagel because theres nothing really holding them down. They couldfly out if I was to roll the car or get hit. I just rely on how tight everything is to keep them in place. Like I said I have had it like this for 3 yrs and never had a bottle move. I've been to the track like this but no one has ever asked to see the bottles so I guess I am alright so far. I am thinking of doing a halo type bracket over both botttles and leaveing the foam where its at. that would just hold the bottles in place in a roll over. Here is one pic I found when I was piecing it together just to give you an idea of how I did it. I changed a few pieces after this and the foam is a lot tighter. The foam I used cam in 2"x2" strips so I used spray adhesive to glue them together. And I think I went another layer higher also, I went up to top of ridge.

Hey it works and they dont move . Like I said I plan on doing something to make it leagel because I plan on being a little more noticeable at the track this year and they may want to start looking.
