I bought an FJO because it is RMP based and came reccommened. Time based controllers really dont fit my needs and the FJO looked very promising for the price and features it has.

Well im still short on the cash.. its killing me... though still not sure on what controller... thinking FJO sincei can get it cheap locally...

does anyone need a laptop for nitrous control or engine managment (megasquirt?)...

FJO is a much better choice in my eyes than the alternative, it's tried, tested, and works well from what I understand.

Its to each his own, i chose the edge do to its self containment i can make changes on the fly with out the extra cost of a labtop i dont have.

both are great units and will do the job. Its all about preference or features at that point.

i love my NOS controller but it doesn't have the ramp up per gear! damn! i spent a small chunk of change on that unit! doh! i wish i would've asked someone exactly what controls came with the Maximizer! that controller was almost 600. oh well. anyone want to trade their maximizer for an NOS unit, lol!!!
