Customer Service Props, to Jeremy
Hello everyone, I thought I would share this email with yall.
First a little background.
Jeremy has worked on and off for NX for last 3 years. With School and other things going on, he always finds his way back to NX. Use to own an lt1 car with nitrous ( of corse). And has come along with his tech and knowhow of a nitrous system. But most of all he always wants to and tries to help the cusotmer, with any nitrous question or product.
Here is the email I was sent
"Ricky, I'm taking time out of my day to write with some "glowing" comments about Jeremy. In this world of "lost customer service," you rarely encounter a representative who carefully and patiently helps customers (with consistency) with their questions thus leading to confidence with the company and the willingness to spend on their products.
Jeremy has been "the model" of what customer service representatives should be in this industry! He is punctual with responses. He is patient with "off the wall questions" at times and he has been a true educator. He has allowed me to gain great confidence in Nitrous Express and your products. I've got to tell you, I'm no spring chicken and have had this enthusiast affliction for years and when I run across someone whom understands customer service - I make it a point to let their supervisors know. Hang on to this young man. As a fellow manager I certainly know how difficult it is to recruit top talent into organizations. I also know that the organization can only get better when quality feedback is pumped back into the system allowing it to respond and adapt. I trust Nitrous Express will recognize and reward this young man's efforts and help others understand one important business premise: "Educated and well serviced customers leads to loyal customers and increased sales."
I will certainly recommend Nitrous Express to all .....because of the customer service and because of some young man named Jeremy."
I just wanted to show NX's appreciation to this employee, who deserves it.
Thank you Jeremy.
Ricky

Thanks Robert, I'll keep the boat thing in mind . If/When I leave NX (again, lol) it would only be to take a job in the computer networking industry since I'll have my degree and various certifications in that field with minors in systems administration, security, and web page & graphic design.
Either that or I will start building motorcycles but it would be tough to make a living at that in this area, lol.

Jeremy, this is the "Charles Carder" that calls you about once a week asking you part numbers to pricing to tech questions. Your info has been 100% on the money every time. You don't knnow me, but you still take the time to help me with anything I need and always going he extra mile to make sure my Nitrous work here in Houston goes flawlessly.
Thanks a million times over..
